We use a courier service to ship our products Nationwide, every effort is made for your products to arrive on the specified day, but occasionally they may arrive a day late. Please bare this in mind when placing and order and understand that once the parcel leaves our unit, it is out of our hands. You will receive a tracking number for your delivery with the dispatch email, which can then be used to track the location of your parcel.
We do not offer refunds for parcels that arrive a day late. Thank you
